Scholarships & Financial Assistance
Hard Knox is a very special event to us; and we hope it is to you as well. While we can't have Hard Knox without instructors, music, venues, etc, what really makes the even magical to us every year is the attendees. We know that affording events can be more challenging for some of us than for others, and we want to help as many people as want to be at Hard Knox, be there. Volunteer / Work Trade
Save money on the weekend while helping out the event by volunteering. Typically we require all volunteers to pay for the event and reimburse for hours worked at the conclusion weekend, but if this doesn't work for you we are able to work with you! Just shoot an email with your information to contact@hardknoxlindyrox.com after filling out the volunteer form.
Scholarship
The event is offering several full and partial scholarship passes to Hard Knox. We recognize that even volunteering several hours at the event isn't enough to allow some dancers to attend the weekend. If this describes you, please email the following to contact@hardknoxlindyrox.com:
- Your local swing dance community
- What level of support you need to be able to comfortably attend Hard Knox this year (Full pass, discounted pass, combination with volunteer hours, etc.)
- A short paragraph about your relationship with swing dancing and why you want to attend Hard Knox.
Donate
If you want to help us bring more passionate dancers who lack the funds to Hard Knox this year, you can donate to our Scholarship fund. This fund will be used solely for covering extra passes to Hard Knox.
